Overdose Prevention Navigator

The overdose prevention navigator is a full-time position. The duties include linking people who have substance use disorders to support services and decreasing stigma through education and health promotion. They will promote treatment uptake, address social determinants and needs of at-risk and impacted populations. Also included will be, increasing access to medications for opioid use disorder including naloxone across diverse settings. Please see the full description below.
