Access to Narcan, drug-checking strips, sexual health supplies, wound care supplies, hygiene supplies and firearm locks to help protect you, your family, and our community. We will be driving through our communities for outreach.

CHIP (community health improvement planning) meeting at East Shore District Health 688 East Main Street Branford. Open to our community partners and the public. We will be presenting the data collected from our CHA (Community Health Assessment).
