Nurturing Families Infant Massage Program April 21st

Come join East Shore Health District’s Nurturing Families program for 5 weeks of Infant Massage.

Infant massage has been shown to reduce feelings of stress for both caregivers and babies. Studies have shown that babies who receive infant massage sleep better and have less digestive issues.

The program will run on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 11:30 AM from April 21st through May 19th.
