East Haven Overdose Prevention Pop-Up

The East Shore Health District will bring the Mobile Clinic to East Haven in the Circle Lanes bowling alley parking area.
Services Offered Onboard
- Overdose Prevention: Narcan (naloxone), fentanyl test strips, and xylazine test strips.
- Health & Wellness: Sexual health supplies and hygiene kits.
- Support & Referrals: Confidential, non-judgemental resources for substance use disorder, mental health, and general medical care.
- You can also request supplies confidentially or connect directly with the district’s Harm Reduction Navigator by filling out the ESDHD Overdose Prevention Request Form.
