Common questions

What vaccines are recommended for me?

Vaccines recommendations depend on your age and other health conditions. See here for CDC recommendations for adults, and here for CDC recommendations for children and adolescents.

Ticks are sneaky! Fight the bite by wearing appropriate gear for hikes in tall grasses, stay in the middle of trails, use EPA-registered tick repellent, and examine yourself and your gear after time outside. For all of this information and more, see here.

It’s incredibly hard to see someone you know struggle with substance use. Your care and support matter — see here for tips on how to talk to someone, and also tips on how to take care of yourself while helping someone else.
