East Shore District Health Department

East Shore District Health Department

Serving Branford, East Haven, and North Branford

health education

The Health District provides a variety of health education and health promotion programs. We pride ourselves as the communications arm of the department. We also work with our partners to find resources for our residents.  We bring programs to venues throughout the community. If an organization or town entity would like our team to provide a talk, community conversation, or share resources, they only need to call or email.  Our free education offerings are made possible because of town budgets and grant funding. Classes and health promotion activities are conducted by the health department directly or in conjunction with its community partners.
